Soon we will be releasing our new training program called 3DX. What makes this program unique is the break from traditional body building style works out to more functional exercises. Typical weight loss clients are not body builders and should not be trained like body builders. Body builders use muscle specific exercises because they must grow the muscle as large as possible.

Traditional body building workout programs contain exercises that primarily work in one plane of motion for targeted muscle groups. Examples are a bench press or a traditional bicep curl. These movements do enhance the way your body looks with bigger biceps or a bigger or more toned chest. However, these linear movements are inefficient in improving overall fitness for the general population.

If you don’t plan on being Mr. Olympia you shouldn’t be training like Mr. Olympia with body builder methods. If you want to get ripped and work every muscle in your body, 3DX is for you.

3DX is high intensity fitness program that moves your body in the transverse, frontal, and sagittal planes. For example, when a friend asks you to help them move, you will be lifting furniture in a three dimensional world. While your friend might be impressed you can bench press his couch, they will be more impressed if you can actually help them move the furniture in to their new home without throwing out your back.

How does 3DX translate to real life movements? NFL Strength and Conditioning coaches have been using translation training for years to improve athletic performance. Basically mimic your game movements with functional exercises focused on building strength and power.

Essentially 3DX rips up your body and trains you for life, play, or work. 3DX is a progressive program that rips up your physique and increases conditioning that translates in to the real world. This means less injuries, ridding yourself of low back pain, and fixing pain causing muscle imbalances that are screwing up your kinetic chain. 3DX will bring your body in to balance and strengthen it to prevent injuries as you get older. In addition, it will burn more calories than any traditional body building style workout and burn calories for hours after.
