I’ve owned P90X and P90X+ for years and loved them when I used them. However, I suffered some injuries from overuse due to how the programs are laid out. Basically, the course of the 90 days has you doing a lot of pull-ups. If you are not properly conditioned for this amount of pull-ups, tendentious can occur.
