Cut Out Fluff Exercises With Boot Camp Training And Get More Results

You’ve probably used or at least seen a Bosu Ball in your gym before (the blue half balls with one flat side), but what you might not know is that they’re used by trainers as fluff exercises. Your trainer will tell you it will help with balance and build your core and I’m sure it does, but it’s not an effective use of your time to improve your fitness level.
What do I mean by that?
Just one superset of walking pushups followed by walking lunges is way more effective than an entire Bosu Ball workout. The ‘core’ workouts being taught by trainers utilizing Bosu Ball and other devices aren’t needed at all. We don’t need any equipment to build your core. This is where boot camps come in to play.
The walking pushup for example works your core way harder than any Bosu Ball exercise. Your time is valuable and you should not be wasting it on fluff exercises or the latest ‘fad’ being given out by trainers. There’s a reason the Marines and Russian Special Forces don’t use Bosu Balls, they are time wasters and you can’t take a Bosu Ball to battle. Maximum results in minimum time and Bosu Ball training won’t cut it. So stop wasting time and maximize your results by joining a Boot Camp in your area.
I realize working out is often a huge struggle for many of you, either because you don’t have the time, or you’re growing frustrated with the lack of results.
But with a good local Boot Camp you’ll discover a workout program perfectly suited for today’s busy lifestyle.
So, if it’s maximum results you want in the minimum amount of time possible, then a Boot Camp program is tailored just for you.
