I decided over the weekend that I was mentally ready for p90x. I know, I just started a new workout recently and it meant I was jumping ship….I guess all I can say is I’ve not quit, staying active and watching what I eat.
At the end of last year I completed Power 90, the baby version of p90x. I accomplished everything Power 90 had to offer and since I’ve had p90x sitting on the shelf for the past year it was only fitting that i come around to it one of these days.
So today I thought I was on track to start and I did get a workout in but it was for the p90x+….way to advanced
.
So tomorrow we’ll start over again but this time the p90x classic workout version.
